1850 fed census taken in VA- Portsmouth, VA. John H. (HENRY)LEWIS, married a Mary Frances EMMERSON, and they are both buried in the EMMERSON family plot in Portsmouth, Virginia. John H. LEWIS, died in Washington DC 1917, Mary also, died in Washington DC, prior to him.
